At Daisy’s Legacy, we are committed to improving the welfare and health of pets, particularly in underserved communities. We also rescue dogs from high-kill shelters, providing them with the medical care, nourishment, and love they need before finding them forever homes. Your donation will help fund a range of vital programs and services, including:
- Rescuing Dogs from High-Kill Shelters: Saving dogs from euthanasia by providing them with medical care, food, supplies, and loving foster homes until they find their forever families.
- Service and Support for Veterans: Assisting military veterans and caregivers by covering the costs of service animals, including training, veterinary care, food, and supplies.
- Pet Food and Supplies Distribution: Providing free pet food, medications, and supplies to low-income pet owners and shelters, ensuring pets get the nutrition and care they need. We also provide food, supplies, veterinary care, and spay/neuter services to all of our foster dogs.
- Support for Homeless Pets: Partnering with shelters and rescue organizations to cover medical treatments, fostering, and adoption drives for homeless pets.
- Educational Workshops and Campaigns: Hosting workshops and awareness campaigns on pet health, responsible ownership, and preventive care.
- Emergency Veterinary Care Fund: Assisting pet owners, shelters, and strays in underserved communities by covering the costs of surgeries, treatments, and medications.
- Vaccination Programs: Preventing disease spread by vaccinating stray animals, promoting healthier communities.
