It’s been a busy time at Daisy’s Legacy as we help dogs find safety, receive care, and begin new lives with loving families. Unfortunately, some dogs have also returned to our care after adoption, facing another transition while we search for the lasting homes they deserve.
We remain committed to these dogs, but our foster homes and resources are stretched. Bills are due, and we need funds to cover veterinary care, medications, food, supplies, and transportation. Before we can commit to helping more dogs, we must be able to provide for those already depending on us.
Please consider making a donation today—or signing up for a monthly donation plan. A one-time gift helps us meet immediate needs, while monthly contributions provide dependable support to pay ongoing bills, plan for care, and confidently say yes to more dogs in need. Whatever amount you can give, your support helps us stay by their side from rescue to forever home.
If you cannot donate right now, fostering or sharing our dogs can help them find the families they’ve been waiting for. Thank you for helping us keep our promise to them. 💜🐾
🏡 Foster Homes Needed for Dogs from Kuwait
We are seeking foster homes in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area for dogs from Kuwait who need a safe place to begin their next chapter.
A foster home gives a dog time to decompress, build trust, and learn everyday routines while preparing for a forever family. We provide supplies, veterinary care, and support. You provide daily care, patience, and love.
Before applying, please make sure everyone in your household is on board and consider your availability, including upcoming travel. These dogs need stability and a welcoming place to settle in.
Could you be the person who helps a rescue dog take that next step?

💛 Solace and Other Dogs Are Still Waiting
While we celebrate every adoption, several dogs in our care are still waiting for the right forever home—including Solace.
Solace is a 4-year-old, 22-pound English Cocker Spaniel who is affectionate and playful with people he trusts. He is house-trained and loves being close to his trusted people.

💜 Every Donation Helps Us Continue
Every additional day in rescue brings expenses. Your donation helps provide veterinary care, food, medications, supplies, and safe transportation while dogs wait for permanent homes.
If you’re able, please make a gift today. A one-time donation helps with immediate needs, while monthly support helps us plan for continuing care.
You can also send much-needed supplies directly through our wishlist:
If you cannot donate, sharing this post, applying to foster, or telling someone about our available dogs can still make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for helping us give dogs safety today—and a family for life. 💜🐾
